Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as final sale


How to Start a Return

  2. Get Approved: Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with detailed instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack your items and include the RAN.

  4. Ship It Back: Use the prepaid return label if eligible.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to defective items or shipping errors are free of charge.

  • For other returns, shipping fees may apply.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Unless otherwise noted, customers are responsible for return postage.


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Funds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem — we’re happy to arrange an exchange depending on stock availability. Just get in touch with us.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or flawed:

  • Contact us right away and include photos of the issue.

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

  • You can choose a replacement or full refund.


International Returns

For international orders:
